| Internship
Agreement: I understand that by submitting this application for admission
to the ADC Research Institiute's Student Internship Program, I agree to
perform work assignments which will be determined both by my qualifications
and the needs of the organization. If I am selected as an intern, I agree
to notify the ADC Research Institute, in writing, of my acceptance of
the internship at least 30 days prior to the internship starting date.
If I chose to decline the internship, I will also notify the ADC Research
Insititute at least 30 days prior to the internship starting date. If
written correspondence is not received within 30 days,
the Research Insititute can assume that I am not participating in the
internship program. |
