The ADC Legal Department offers counseling in cases of discrimination and defamation as well as selected impact litigation in the areas of immigration, discrimination, and civil rights.
Since the attacks of September 11th, our attorneys have been addressing hundreds of cases on employment discrimination.
Have you been discriminated against? Report it!
Our community is becoming increasingly vulnerable. The documentation of hate crimes or discrimination based on ethnicity, nationality, or religion is important to our community as a collective -- please report them to the ADC Legal Department and to the proper authorities.
