Overview
ADC's Department of Legal Services offers counseling in cases of discrimination and defamation as well as selected impact litigation in the areas of immigration, discrimination and civil rights. Since the attacks of September 11, our attorneys have been addressing hundreds of cases on employment discrimination - find out more about the workplace rights of Muslims, Arabs, & South Asians.
Our community is becoming increasingly vulnerable. The documentation of hate crimes or discrimination based on ethnicity, nationality or religion is important to our community as a collective -- please report them to our Legal Department and to the proper authorities.
