Employment Discrimination:
- File a complaint by calling the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)at the following phone numbers: 1-202-663-4814 (Hotline) or 1-800-669-4000. Visit their website for more information about your workplace rights - www.eeoc.gov

Airline Passenger Profiling:
- File a complaint with the United States Department of Transportation by calling the Aviation Consumer Protection Division at the following phone numbers: 1-800-322-7873 or send email to: airconsumer@ost.dot.gov In addition, you can send detailed complaint letters to: Aviation Consumer Protection Division, U.S. Department of Transportation, Room 4107, C-75 Washington, DC 20590
- Fill out the Airport Profiling Form online.
Hate Crimes:
- Call your local Police Department and file an official police report.

- Read the Advisory Statement to protect yourself from potential attacks.
Housing Discrimination:
- File a complaint by calling the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at the following phone numbers: 1-800-669-9777 or file a complaint online and if you believe there is a pattern or practice of discrimination, contact the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section at 1-202-514-4713.

Education Discrimination:
- File a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights at the following phone number: 1-800-421-3481 or send an e-mail to www.ed.gov/ocr/
- Contact the ADC Education and Outreach Department to report your incident at 1-202-244-2990, (fax) 1-202-244-3196, or send email to marvinw@adc.org

U.S. Government Abuses of Civil Liberties:
- The Office of the Inspector General (OIG), in the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), investigates allegations of civil rights and civil liberties abuses by employees in the FBI, DEA, INS, Federal Bureau of Prisons, US Marshals Service, US Attorneys Offices, and all other Department of Justice agencies (that includes the Police). File a complaint by calling 1-800-869-4499 or report the abuse online. You can also read this in Arabic.
