ADC National Convention Is Approaching
Washington, DC | www.adc.org | April 14, 2011 -- Plans for the ADC National Convention are well under way. This year's theme is Defining our Role in a Changing World -- focusing on our unity and strengths, and looking forward to increasing our role in our community.
We have confirmed several panelist speakers. We are proud to announce that David Cole, Steve Clemons, Jillian York, and Manal Omar will be joining us to provide informed and unique perspectives on the topics of civil rights, foreign policy, social networking and identity.
The Convention is open to non-members and members alike, but ADC members save $60 on registration fees with the earlybird package. If you are not already a member of ADC, we encourage you to join today. After April 15, full convention package rates go up to $299 per registrant.
For your planning purposes, here is a preliminary agenda. More panelists will be added and complete biographys will be available for viewing on our Convention website at www.adc.org/convention. Also, stay tuned for more announcements in the coming days about other newly confirmed speakers and events at this year's ADC National Convention.
Share in the exchange. Be part of the conversation. Join us in June.
