Impacted by NSEERS? Call ADC.
Washington, DC | www.adc.org | November 21, 2011 -- Despite news earlier this year, from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), indicating that the National Security Entry Exit Registration System (NSEERS) targeting nationals from Arab and Muslim-majority countries has been suspended, ADC continues to receive cases pertaining to individuals adversely impacted by NSEERS.
In an effort to adequately address the issues of those individuals currently in removal proceedings because of an NSEERS violation, ADC calls on individuals who are impacted to contact the ADC Legal Department. ADC will work with the individuals, as well as the appropriate government agencies, in an effort to rectify the matter.
You can contact the Legal Department by calling 202-244-2990 or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please submit the following information for each individual seeking assistance:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number/Email
- Alien Number
- Date court proceedings began
- Current status of court proceedings
- Type of immigration benefit sought
