Civil Rights Leader Wade Henderson to Keynote ADC Luncheon
President of Leadership Conference on Civil Rights to Deliver 2012 Convention Luncheon Address
Washington, DC | www.adc.org | June 6, 2012 -- The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is proud to announce that national civil rights leader Wade Henderson will be delivering the afternoon keynote address during the luncheon hosted by the ADC Women's Initiative during the ADC National Convention in Washington DC on Saturday, June 23, 2012. During his address, Mr. Henderson will give convention attendees an overview of key civil rights issues at stake during the upcoming November 2012 elections.
Mr. Wade Henderson is the president and CEO of The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and The Leadership Conference Education Fund. Mr. Henderson is also the Joseph L. Rauh, Jr., Professor of Public Interest Law at the David A. Clarke School of Law at University of the District of Columbia. He is well-known nationwide for his longtime expertise on a wide range of civil rights, civil liberties, and human rights issues, and is the author of numerous articles on civil rights and public
