ADC National Board Elections Information

Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | August 16, 2016 – This is to remind everyone that the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) will conduct elections to fill four positions on the Board of Directors. As a grassroots organization, we take pride in having our members elect our Board of Directors. Directors shall be elected for a three (3) year term. The terms of office for Directors of the Board shall be staggered, so that a maximum of one-third (1/3) of the Board can stand for election each year. Only ADC members in good standing may vote.

Members who have expired membership are encouraged to renew their membership as soon as possible.  New members must join by August 21 in order to be eligible to vote.  Please click here to become a member or to renew your membership.

The election mailing will be sent by the end of the month to ADC members. Each mailing will have a profile of each candidate, a ballot, and a return envelope.  Family memberships will receive 2 ballots while individual members will receive 1 ballot.  Members will have an opportunity to vote for up to 4 candidates. Ballots must be post marked no later than Wednesday September 14 in order to be counted.
