Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | March 10, 2020 – In light of the recent announcement by ADC President Samer Khalaf, the search for the next ADC President has begun. The search is being undertaken by the ADC National Board of Directors. The Board has formed a search committee to review and interview potential candidates for the position. As a grassroots organization it is prudent that ADC receives input and recommendations from the Arab American community. In lieu of using a recruitment firm, ADC is turning to you, the community, to provide input and recommendations on who the next President should be.
ADC is looking for a President with proven leadership skills who is dynamic and enthusiastic about working with (and for) the Arab American community to advance the mission and goals of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an organization that has deep roots in the community nationwide for the past four decades. In the role, the President will oversee a team of dedicated employees passionate for justice and the protection of the civil rights of all people.
We are looking for someone with a strong vision to rebrand and build on the core ADC tradition of protecting the civil rights of Arab Americans through direct civil rights legal representation and policy advocacy on the one hand and celebrating Arab culture and contributions to America on the other hand.
For more information about the position please contact ADC Board Chairman Dr. Safa Rifka at email@example.com.
