ADC-San Francisco Chapter Announces Arab American Legal Services

Washington, D.C. | February 1, 2007 | The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC-SF), in partnership with the San Francisco Immigrant Legal Services Network, has announced the formation of Arab American Legal Services (AALS). It will provide the following free immigration services for low-income immigrants in the San Francisco Bay Area:
• Free Consultations with a lawyer on any Immigration Related Matters
• Preparation of Naturalization petitions (N-400)
• Preparation of visa petitions
• Preparation of adjustment of status petitions
• FOIA requests
• I-90s
• Joint Petitions to Remove Conditional Status
• Fiancee visas
• Referrals to network partners for removal defense and asylum applications
• EAD card renewals
• VAWA petitions
* Other immigration matters
AALS is a multicultural immigration law and social justice center based in San Francisco. AALS‘s mission is to build, nurture and empower the Arab- American community, all communities of color, immigrants and low-income people in the SF Bay Area by providing legal services and empowerment skills.
