Do Arabs Have Equal Justice Under Law?

Equal Justice Under Law*

*Arab-Americans Need Not Apply

Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | March 14, 2018 | The U.S. Supreme Court’s façade bears the inscription “Equal Justice Under Law,” but our public officials have often betrayed that ideal. Only through struggle have courageous individuals, coming together, upheld that promise. Today, we once again face the threat of unequal justice.

ADC needs your generous donations to fight for equal justice. Donate Now!

Our Congress is buckling under a lobbying campaign by AIPAC to quash the free speech rights of Americans. More than half of Congress has shamefully co-sponsored the “Israel Anti-Boycott Act.” The Act, which has been widely condemned as unconstitutional, criminalizes public support for boycotts of illegal Israeli settlements with violators facing a $1 million fine and 20-years imprisonment. We face nothing less than an un-American attack on our Constitutional rights to freedom of speech, assembly, and petition.

ADC is moved by a sense of urgency in defeating this threat to our very legitimacy as Americans exercising our God-given rights, and we plead with you to join us. ADC is working to educate members of Congress and mobilize our supporters. Once again, we need people of courage to come together. It’s only through your generous support that we can continue to fight this bill and others from AIPAC. Please take a stand with us and donate today!
