Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center to Host Friday Convention Reception

Washington, DC | www.adc.org | August 23, 2017 – The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is pleased to announce that we’ll be hosting a Friday Evening Reception on September 22th at the Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center. Admission is limited to attendees of our 37th National Convention. The reception will take place from 7:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. at the Qaboos Center located at 1100 16th St. NW, Washington, DC. Food and refreshments will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the rich culture and history of Oman. Bus transportation from and to the Convention hotel will be provided.

Named for His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said al Said of Oman, the Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center (SQCC) is dedicated to educating the peoples of the United States and Oman about the breadth and richness of our two cultures. SQCC promotes mutual respect and understanding between our nations and strives to educate a new generation of culturally sensitive and knowledgeable citizens in each society.
