Join ADC, AAI, and CPAO to Demand Boehner Cancels the Netanyahu Speech

Last week Representatives Keith Ellison (MN-5), Steve Cohen (TN-9), and Maxine Waters (CA-43) authored a letter to Speaker of the House John Boehner (OH-8), voicing their disapproval of his invitation to Israeli PM Netanyahu to speak before a joint session of Congress on March 3rd. Media networks and political pundits from all sides of the political spectrum have decried this breach of protocol as brazen, reckless, and never before seen. With momentum on our side, now is a time to demand more from U.S. policymakers.

Call your members of Congress and tell them to do three things:

1. Sign on to the Ellison, Cohen and Waters letter to deliver a clear message to Speaker Boehner that he has overstepped his authority in an unconscionable manner;

2. Independently contact Speaker Boehner to demand that he rescind the invitation to Prime Minister Netanyahu;

3. If Speaker Boehner refuses to rescind or reschedule the speech, do not attend.
