Tell your House Representative to Reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

The Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (VAWA) was reintroduced and passed by the Senate vote for reauthorization last month. Sadly, the last Congress did not reauthorize this vital piece of legislation. VAWA is an integral piece of legislation for all— including women of Arab descent. Arabs in America are directly impacted by domestic violence and the repercussions would be devastating should this protecting legislation fail to be reauthorized. ADC encourages you to take action immediately!

Contact your House Representative and encourage them to support VAWA.
