The panel will include confirmed speakers Nadine Wettstein, Director of the Legal Action Center at the American Immigration Law Foundation (AILF);Donald Kerwin, Executive Director of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC); Shoba Sivaprasad, Senior Policy Associate at the National Immigration Forum; Jenna Evans, Community Relations Director of the Immigration Naturalization Service (INS) along with another representative of the INS; and Timothy Edgar, Legislative Counsel with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has also been invited, but not yet confirmed.
The speakers will explain and analyze these requirements, provide their respective organizations’ views, and answer questions from individuals and the media concerning this matter.
